What am I being asked?
In a survey on website usability the question was asked
Give a score of 3 to the one you think would be most important to citizens, 2 to the next most important, then 1. Please give only one score of one 3, one 2 and one 1. Leave the rest blank.
I had to read it three times to understand what it is they wanted us to do. Then you get a list of 26 options. Then you realise it’s been put together back to front. Am I being asked to suggest people find bad design important?
I think someone needs to hire a UI expert…
